I purchased the Dell Latitude 7000 7420 (Renewed) from star used computers tr llc, and it was a complete disappointment. • Battery is completely dead – the laptop doesn’t hold any charge at all and works only when plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a laptop. • Fan noise is unbearable – it constantly makes a loud, heavy sound like it’s overworking even when the system is idle. Very distracting and annoying. • Despite being described as “renewed,” this device clearly hasn’t been properly tested or refurbished. It feels more like a used and neglected machine being resold. • For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality. This is not acceptable. • Laptop doesn’t detect wireless Mouse as well. Highly disappointed. Do not waste your money on this seller or product.

I received the refurbished item Dell 7000 and to my surprise it’s not working. I tried to charge it but it seems something g wrong as it’s not working at all, completely dead item that’s why In want to return it back. Amazon promised me to send the one year warranty but I did not get it yet which is another surprise.

The product is same and fine but body looks used. The keyboard body is changed (low quality body). I am contacting for 4 consecutive days in there email and chat with seller for invoice for warranty. but still no response.
