Phone has made a big difference to FiL with dementia ability to communicate with family. Very simple to set up. He prefers name labels rather than photos for now. Good product.

This is perfect for my hard to hear parents and for my mum who can't remember numbers or see screens very well. Easy to set up and up. It also seems a lot clearer at my end talking to them.

The size

I purchased this phone on behalf of a hard of hearing elderly neighbour. I input numbers to the phone book but she had a power outage that left her phone book empty. There is a compartment for batteries that would have backed up the mains supply but alas there’s no metal bits. It’s just not satisfactory that this facility is not there and am left wondering why?

Product was easy to set up, but as it was for my 94 year old mother, the hearing boost could have been adjusted to a slightly higher level. Also, it came with two other leads and I didn’t know what they were for as instructions never mentioned them. She is happy with it. Better than her normal phone.

Perfect for my 94 year old Dad to use, after forgetting how to dial the number on his other phone. I ring him every day and he can hear fine too. He could never hear me on his other phone.So pleased we got a second one for the bedroom.

It’s very loud ringer, I keep unplugging it from broadband to keep it quiet.
