Great look. Nice matte finish. Good feel.Rinse them with water when you get them.

Quality of stones is as advertised, however, I only received about 120 black and 130 white stones, plus 15 broken ones. It looks like I can only play 15x15 board size due to severe shortage of stones, instead of 19x19 standard size.

Personally I'm OK with ceramic stones, but if you want something a little fancier then these fancy glasslike ones are good without being too expensive. They do need to be washed when you get them because they'll be covered with powder from manufacture and shipping. Also, don't be surprised if one or two of them is chipped or broken, because this is likely to happen in shipping, but don't worry because they include three extra white and three extra black stones in anticipation of this.Based on the quality of these I would guess that Songyun's ceramic stones are good too, and if all you have is melamine pieces then you'll probably like having at least some sort of ceramic stones instead.Lastly, the bags are actually nicer than they look in the photos. They look like rough burlap in the photos but they are actually some sort of coarse synthetic weave and are better than I expected.Also, the manufacturer says they can be oiled with vegetable oil. I did not oil mine, but I have read that it is better to use unscented mineral oil because vegetable oil breaks down over time. The mineral oil should not get sticky or smell bad.

I've got 3 different sets if stones, and these are my favorite. I play go with them any chance I get.
