Took a bit of time to actually open a pouch up and once I got the hang of it, the bite inside nearly flug out of it, landing on the floor so not the best of starts.The quare itself is really rather tasty. You can taste both the banana and the chocolate and there's no nasty aftertaste.The date is good also when a BB of 2nd of August '23 and they arrive in a handy display box will slots perfectly onto a shelf in my cupboard.The kids (of 12 and 15) likes them as well so that's a massive bonus as I will slip these bars into their packable lunches instead of a bar of chocolate.

Absolutely delicious! These tasty oat squares are a hit with the whole family.The oat squares are not only a healthy snack, but free from 14 various allergens, including nuts, dairy and gluten.I wasn't sure if these would go down well with the family or not; banana and chocolate seems an odd combination to me. However, tried these with an almost 4-year-old and she loved them. Tried one myself - very nice in fact.They are as small as mentioned in terms of size, so these are just quick snacks and nothing more. But they're a pleasant eat. So you never know, your kids might just go for them. I guarantee nothing since they're as fussy as animals, or so I remember being at that age. Worth a try though. Because if they don't like them, you should get into them yourselves quite nicely.The only complaint I have is the packaging. They come in a recyclable cardboard box but each bar comes in a somewhat difficult to open plastic pack which a small child would struggle with.

The bar comes in a small packet suitable for lunch boxes.These bars are made free from egg, tree nut, dairy, peanut, sesame, soya and gluten. They are also suitable for vegans.The bar is soft, moist, and quite tasty. There’s a faint smell of banana and you can see some chocolate chips in it.Personally, I do think that these bars are a little bit sweet for my liking. However, my son, who is a very picky eater, loves them. He doesn’t eat other sugary foods and drinks, so these bars are a nice treat for him.Overall, allergen free sweet little treats that are perfect for lunch boxes. You get eight boxes in a pack and each box contains four individually sealed oat bars. They taste great and these are perfect for throwing into a packed lunch.The oaty squares are soft, moist and feature a well balanced banana flavour with the addition of a few soft chocolate chips. They are not overly sweet, but definitely still feel treat-like.At around 72p per bar (at the time of writing), the price also feels treat-like which is my only note, as I'd have loved them to have been more of an everyday consideration rather than a once or twice a week option.As it is my kids love them when they get them, (as do I), and I'm seriously considering keeping a few boxes back for me to snack on.

First of all, I really wanted to love these oat bars. They are made without allergens, not too much sugar, chewy, and they taste pretty good.They would be amazing if they didn't have the most unhealthy type of oils (vegetable and palm oil) in them which is super unhealthy for humans and everyone should avoid at all costs. And definitely not for children to consume.Also, these bars have chocolate in them and for instance my daughter's school doesn't let children bring anything with chocolate, so they are not 100% school approved.I wouldn't pay £22 for these "healthy" snacks. Instead I'd make my own oat/honey bars at home for those who care about the ingredients.

These Angelic banana & chocolate oat squares are my new favourite breakfast bars. I don’t really eat breakfast but these little oat squares are so delicious that I’m more than happy to eat one with my morning cuppa.They’re not very big but they taste delicious and there’s only 133 calories per pack. The square is very moist, the banana flavour is lovely and the chocolate chips are an extra treat. They are perfect lunchbox sized snacks and a handy size to slip into a pocket or bag for a snack on-the-go.I absolutely love them and this bigger pack, containing 32 oat squares, is good value for money as once you try them you will want MORE!
