Pizza oven
First i want to say the seller was awesome. Very fast shipping.I had a problem they took care of it very quickly in their response and action. Definitely recommend and be a return buyer. As for pizza oven, i shopped around alot this was the best price i have found,Especially for what it comes with.Easy to put together took about 15mins.All you need is a Philips screwdriver everything fitted right and holes were in line and thats a big deal!! If you have put any thing together before you know what i mean.Quality seems good as soon as it got i put it together for her and we cooked a pizza watching temp is key.I killed the first pizza i mean that poor thing looked like freddy Krueger.Any ways i added some fire bricks under the pizza stone and boom burnt bottom pizza noo more!!I also put a steel pan in the botttom so the coals dont fall through to the ash tray because you want to cook with coals not flames. This thing definitely will rust if you leave it out and uncovered!! The doors warp and bend a little when it heats up dont worry! It will go back once it starts to cool. You will love the flavor of the smoke in the crust and cheese is amazing.Everyone is happy awesome gift idea.

Absolutely love it
The media could not be loaded. Setup: the booklet is picture only. Overall easy to assemble. First lay out your screws / parts by order of steps. Makes it so much easier. Be careful not leave any tiny bits of styrofoam in oven because it’s highly toxic for your food. Metal doors covered in plastic film, must remove both front & back sides or it’ll melt onto the oven.Great quality, absolutely love this pizza oven. No issues regulating my heat once I learned how to properly, I Watched many online videos. After doing my research on different pizza ovens, this one you shouldn’t let the heat exceed 500. Need to control heat so it doesn’t warp. But if it does, it’s fine will go back to normal after it cools.I use both charcoal and hickory oak wood together. 1st You heat up charcoal, then adding wood pieces right before pizza goes in. You don’t want your flames too high. I also use a 13 inch pizza steel instead of using pizza stone. All Stones eventually crack. So invest in pizza steel, helps cook evenly no burnt bottom. I burned my 1st pizza like everyone else but now I take it out earlier when the dough is still soft.I’m very happy with this pizza oven. love that comes with heat thermometer, very helpful to contain my temperature and helps determine if I need to add more wood or coal.Tip: watch videos on how use outdoor pizza oven, I learned by controlling the door vent & top vent my temperature is better controlled. Not letting the flame get too high.

No Problems setting it up
It went together very easy. I added a lock washer to each wheel so they don't fall off when you move it. I do wish they would have included them as well as making the axle rod for the wheels about 1/2" longer. I would then have been able to add an extra washer between the wheel and the metal frame. The way it is now just adding the two lock washers barely able to add both nuts. I also added six firebricks like one of the reviews said and purchased a American Metalcraft Ceramic Pizza Stone, 15" L x 12" W x 3⁄8" H, Cream and took the one that came with it and used it in my air fryer. Two handles would have been nice to have to pick it up to move. They don't tell you which shelf to add where. So I just put the lighter ones on the bottom to hold the CHARCOAL BRIQUETS. A taller smoke stack would be nice as well as this one face height. Taking the plastic off the sheet metal is a bit tricky and if you don't remove all of it it will melt/burn when you start your oven up. Also the slide gate in the front would have been better placed in the center because as it is now the right side of it not snug against the door.

Outside temp may play a factor!
Despite other reviews, I actually had trouble getting the oven up to temperature when I added the fire bricks that others have mentioned needing in order to keep the pizza from burning. No matter how much wood/charcoal we added, we couldn't get it much past 300 degrees. Once we removed the fire bricks, the oven quickly rose and we were able to get the pizzas cooked. **I will admit, this was on a cold and windy night in mid-February, where the temps were in the high 30s, so I suspect that the best method will depend on the type of weather we are experiencing at the time.** One other thing to note is that unless you have this thing really rolling and dialed in, it is hard to cook for a large group. Would recommend 6 or less pizzas unless you can stagger them enough to give yourself time. We tried cooking about 15 pizzas and we obviously couldn't all eat at the same time. No fault of the oven, more just a warning to those trying to provide for a group. Overall, 4 stars for the price, what the oven comes with, and the novelty. If the 2 front doors were just a tad thicker, this would be 5 stars easy.

Lousy Quality
Nice design, poor quality. First time used it the door knob came off, the flimsy metal doors bent due to the heat.

Very Good Value
This is truly a good buy if you like wood-fired pizza. Constructed with durable materials and a minimal amount of assembly required. There was a manufacturing issue that was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend this oven and the seller.
