Ideal!
A surprisingly high quality product. Cheaper than the big name "powder" suppliers out there (and of course no expensive long winded delivery with Prime). Tastes great and easy to mix. Yes ok its grainy at times but its pure oats so to be expected! And the nutrients are very very reasonable. A good level of protein, carbs and fibre - and of course very low sugar and salt. The bags are a good size and comes with a scoop. I use 2 scoops with a pint of milk, for after boxing.

Natural, low sugar carbs and calories!
I'm a pretty big 120kg "sort of bodybuilder", and the amount of protein and mass shakes I was drinking was starting to feel poisonous. The sweeteners and the normally helpful additives like creatine and such were really starting to take their toll. So I thought I'd experiment.Nobody drinks these shakes for their flavour, but my current combination of this and a caramel flavoured protein shake is the best I've had so far.Using ~100g of both, the consistency is rather like drinking wet sand, but not prohibitively unpleasant. (By comparison, my previous mass powder would lather like soap, which was far worse.)It mixes much better than I expected, but I do have a very good shaker, and it doesn't stick to the sides too badly, although I do drink and wash it quickly.Overall, I don't wake up with a metallic taste in my mouth, the numbers still add up, and it's cheaper. All good!Edit: Having since tried this without the protein powder, I would not recommend doing that. Without that added thickness, it doesn't mix at all, creating a drink of slightly off water and gritty oats.Still fantastic at bulking out a protein shake however.

Great it’s to mix into protein shakes and smoothies
These oats are ground so well they mix into protein shakes easily. They are un-flavoured.The bag is a good size and good value for money. The only downside is I find the expiry date can be a little short.

good value but expected them to be finer
I had used Myprotein powder oats so thought I would try this one, very good value in comparison but it is not as powdery as what I am used to. When mixed in a shaker you can feel the slight grit of the oats when drinking, not as rough as soft porridge oats but no way near as smooth and light as powdered oats from MY protein.I would buy again due to the low cost, not the best but certainly great value.

Convenient and good value
Because I start work very early in the morning, I like to get a protein shake in for breakfast as its quick and easy. I throw these super fine ground oats in to give me a carb boost. It's so easy, much better than having to grind oats in a coffee grinder which is what I was doing. Super convenient and great value.
