I am a 73 yr old woman who was diagnosed with Parkinsons 2 years ago. I will try anything to stave off the side effect of this filthy disease. I have taken Gingko Biloba since my early 50s at a much lower dose to support memory loss in the menopause and it works a treat. I now take 240 mgs a day in 2 doses and so far my memory is no worse than any other 73 year old (and much better than some), I do not take this on a whim. It is one of the few self help medications which are not produced by bit Pharma.Give it a go. It is relatively cheap and does not need to be taken on an empty stomach. I also take Serrapeptase 2500ius x 2 daily as there is some question as to whether PD is due to inflammation! Now that Is a whole other story.

I have been taking Ginko Bilobia for many years I am 81 years of age. I still do my crosswords I get all my shopping delivered. I look after myself I do have a cleaner once a fortnight but I still cook all my meals as I like fresh food. I Recommend anyone to try these capsules I do believe genko Bilobia is from the tree of life in Japan ( I may be wrong check it out.)

Sadly we never did get into the habit of regularly taking these, probably didn’t give them enough time to have any good results. No effect from the early days when we were more disciplined
