I read in a fitness magazine (that I bought mostly for the articles on grilling) that Leucine is essential for muscle recovery. Since my idea of a workout is carrying all the groceries in one trip, I figured I needed help. Ease of Swallow: These are capsules, not horse pills. They go down easy. No weird aftertaste, unlike that protein powder that tastes like chalk and regret. Results: Am I Arnold Schwarzenegger? No. But I do feel slightly less like I’ve been hit by a truck after I mow the lawn. Is it the placebo effect? Maybe. But if my brain thinks I’m recovering faster, I’ll take it. Value: 120 capsules for this price is a steal. That’s enough for four months of pretending to be an athlete

As an older guy, I feel these help with muscle mass and retention. Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, perhaps it’s legit, regardless I continue to take them.

Like the product but I have had several bottles that were short by one capsule. One more bottle like this and I will no longer purchase this brand.
