RockTape Kinesiology Tape, Recovery Edema Patches, Ideal for Bruising, Pain Relief & Muscle Injury, 20 Pre-Cut Strips

Cancer left me with all sorts of mobility issues along with lymphedema and peripheral neuropathy. This tape has helped. My initial thought was snake oil, so I was surprised that it worked. My PT person used it on me before I bought my own.

I use two of these to wrap my knee when it is acting up. I need surgery but trying to out it off as long as I can. These have definitely helped keep my knee in place!!

this is great stuff I can not stop talking about it it takes the pain away and it really works if you put it on the manufacturer's recommendations. I've tried different tapes and they don't work as well as its rock tape.it's better pre cut I tried cutting RockTape that wasn't pre cut and it was a bitch.the manufacture goes through great lengths to show you how to put the tape on.I wish I could wear it everyday.this tape stays on better than the other athetic tapes.I was skeptical at first but this tape really take the pain away it's better than a sleeve and cheaper

My physical therapist applied Rock tape to my knee and it was amazing. With in 24 hours the swelling and pain was gone from my knee.

Need one less strip; they would be better a little thicker.

I used regular Rock Tape during training sessions but started using the Edema Strips after intense workouts.It works well and does reduce swelling and inflammation.

I have been taping clients for awhile now, but these precut strips are soooo easy compared to hand cutting strips of tape.
