Bought for my 80 year old mum, she feels drained most days and was reminiscing about when she was in her 20s her mother in law would give her a tablet called yeast vite (a kind of fix all remedy) when she felt tired/ill etc to help pep her up... so I was surprised to find they were still being made and sold by amazon.Since she started taking them again, She says that they have helped her and she has a little more energy and feels less lethargic.However, my partner was complaining about feeling tired too, so he took some of these tablets but swore ‘never again’ as he claimed all they gave him was terrible wind (he has a yeast intolerance so I’m not surprised)Personally, I cannot attest to whether they really work or not as I am unable to swallow tablets but my mum is usually quite sceptical about supplements but she really believes that these work!

I use for a general pick me up

I've been using Yeast Vite for the best part of 30 years and my dear old mum used to swear by them too for many years before that. They just give me that little boost when I need a bit of energy to tackle the housework or a clear head to concentrate on something. I'm not 100% keen on the taste, which is, well, yeasty! That's just my personal taste. I prefer these tablets to the other energy tablets out there as they don't give me that "jittery" feeling.

I bought is as recommended by a friend. Works well for my friend, but not for me. I have IBS and it doesn't seem to agree with it.Other then that, it does help concentration and energy levels.
