Q: Is this LAMER the original maker? Or a knock off?

I'm not sure, but I was very concerned that it was not shipped in a sealed box. The seller assured me it was the real thing, but I was skeptical that it wasn't. I've learned a huge lesson, I will only purchase from a reputable source if it's in a sealed box. so that I know it hasn't been refilled with a knock off or worse a very cheap crème.

Q: What are the ingredients?

I do have background in organic chemistry and most women know what the aggettive ingredients are in beauty products. We are educated in such. So why not tell us the ingredients before we purchase a product. It’s our rights as consumers to know what we are buying or not buying to make educated purchases. It’s everyone’s right to know what ingredients we are buying in all products before we buy. Do not insult snd devalue our intelligence saying “they are scientific words” or similar statements in essence saying we are are not intelligent so it doesn’t matter then list only one ingredient. If this brand wants customer respect it needs to act with integrity toward its possible purchasers. No wonder the price is reduced. Seems they are trying to get rid of the product. Perhaps I’d they provided ingredients and didn’t insult buyers they wouldn’t need to get rude I’d the product in a sale but rather be be running out of the product.

Idk. Everything I order from La Mer , everything except for samples are boxed and sealed in plastic.

Q: Where is the product made from ?

I’m not sure where it is made but I would be very careful ordering it from Amazon. The first vendor I bought it from it appeared to be the original but the second time I had to return it because it was a knockoff and a bad one at that! I returned it and bought it from Nordstrom. Trust me…if you see something too good to be true it generally is.
