Very poor service and hidden conditions
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. They search all the reasons to deny your claim, Even though our product was damaged they denied the warranty stating that the product purchase date had not crossed one year inspite we taking two year extended warranty. Amazon was very supportive and refunded the product cost when the concern was raised. Whereas, this extended warranty team denied the refund even though they could not honour their terms.
