It says .100 watts and these. Are they rated for 100 watts or .100 watts?

Can use this resistor for Audio application, I have multiple speakers connected in parallels, I want to add this resistor to maintain the impedance?

Does somebody have the measurements of these so i could try and figure hout needed heatsinks and fans?
