Immediately I have noticed that the Garnier face wash is not new, then found Price on the pack is 269 Indian Rupees(Rs), next to it reduced price for Sale Rs.230. Really ridiculous and embarrassing

Worst packaging , and felt like I got a opened / used item
The item was delivered wrapped in a cling film , and the cap was sealed with a plastic tape . This feels that this item was a used / returned product . The product could be value for money , but packaging definitely not .
