Hello Hailey. You do not have to bend over to do your make up as you can use the build in mirror to make up. It also comes with three shelves for you to storage your brushes and commen cosmetics. The light is not adjustable.

I love it, very Beautiful, standing and opening easy. Company didn’t answer about there was a hole missing on the board and the drawer was missing inside fixing.
