These shoulder pads are well made. They are designed so they can be used with different outfits. They are secured to bra straps with Velcro-like tabs, which resist slippage. For me, they were just enough padding to square off my shoulders and give them more definition. They have a slight sliming effect for pear-shape figures.

The shoulder pads are cheaply made and tiny. The velcro is unuseable.

These shoulder pads serve their purpose. I like that there is velcro so you can attach the pads to your bra straps. Only one problem or design flaw... The velcro should be attached with the opposite side going under the bra strap.As they are, the hook side of the velcro is attached to the pad. To put on the pad, you take off the fuzzy side of the velcro strip--the top side--and put the pad under your bra strap. Immediately the bra strap attaches to the hook side of the velcro on the pad. It's very difficult to then move the pad. It's even harder to move the pad if you want to try on your top or jacket, and *then* adjust.This problem would be solved if the fuzzy side of the velcro was attached to the pad, with the hook side on top. The velcro is adhered with a sticky strip or glue. I'm going to peel the velcro strips off and flip them so the fuzzy side is adhered to the pad. For a great, easy adhesive, that goes through the wash, search for badge adhesive. It's for attaching scout badges, but I've used it for adhering a patch to cover a hole, to hem pants, etc. Warning: If you want the patch or badge off, you have to send it through to the dry cleaner. There might be another way, but you'd have to research.

I thought these would work after I bought the silicone ones. The silicone made me sweat so I decided to wear these for at least 10hrs and at the end I have the red shapes of the pads marked on my skin. The choices r limited out there to prevent my bra strap from digging into my skin so unless i get better bras then I am still trying different ones

These shoulder pads are not really large enough to cover the shoulder well.
