Purchased as a secondry battery for my Nikon D3100. Battery life is very good on this item.

Good value item, good price and delivery.

Perfect companion to the original Nikon battery pack, I bought 2, I use these replacements side by side on a D5100 in a cheap grip with no camera issues as yet. They are fully compatible with the original Nikon charger that came with the camera. I haven't timed the charging time so i don't know if they charge at the same time as the original battery, as for shooting time they are certainly no worse than the el14 that came with the camera when used as a single battery. I think they are slightly higher capacity than the Nikon original which means they (should) out perform the original but again not tested. I never leave a battery pack discharged I always try and charge them straight away after use, nor do i run them down till the camera shuts off.

I wanted to take an extra battery while travelling for my Nikon DSLR and purchased one of these previously about 5 years ago and have been using it periodically over that time with no issues.I've charged this up ready for my trip and it's working as it should. I take a lot of photos and this usually lasts me 3-5 hours or about 250 pics depending on flash.

I was a little nervous of buying something 1/3 of the price of the branded battery, especially with all the Nikon scaremongering/warranty-voiding threats in the manual, but I am very glad I did, as I have had excellent results from this with my D5300. I have used it several times, to shoot 1080p video as well as hundreds of full-quality RAW shots, using the display on full illumination, and never had it run out, so I could not really ask for more! Bear in mind I have only had the camera for a month or two, so I can't speak to its long-term performance, and I honestly don't know how it compares to the branded battery, but as a spare or replacement, I can't fault it.

No quibbles here it's exact for Nikon D3300 I've charged fitted & used with delight.

So far I can only report on the fact that the battery fits the camera neatly and accurately. It does not jam. It charges for about the time I would expect and it does operate the camera, though for how long is at present unknown. I do not yet know how long the charge will be retained. The capacity declared on the battery casing is 1600mAH, against the genuine Nikon battery capacity of 1030mAH, so one would think it will last about 60% longer but this remains to be proven by experience.The only cloud on the horizon is that the last non-Nikon battery I bought (not of this type) also performed well initially then failed to hold charge, finally failing to charge at all. Fingers crossed against a repeat performance.

Arrived fully charged, so canbe inserted and used straightaway. Good value product.
