The rebounder was delivered quickly and well packaged but at the same time did not use unnecessary packaging and 90% of it was recyclable which I liked. It was easy to set it up, just pop out the legs and it's ready to go! It comes with a balance handle included which was also easy to put on, though you don't have to use it at all if you are confident and your balance is already good. The whole structure is strong and feels well made and of good quality. It comes with workouts on a dvd and you get a lifetime membership for on line workouts and there are plenty to choose from. I've used it 5 times and I've only had it a week! It's strengthened my legs already! It also comes with resistance bands and I've used those on my arms and they are already more toned. I'm a fan! Customer service is very good too. No complaints at all. Recommended. No. Highly recommended!

I am a 49 year old gym user and cyclist. My height is 6ft 2" and I weight just over 14 stone. Over the course of the last 10 -15 years I have owned a number of bouncers/rebounders, from fitness brand manufacturers such as Reebok, Tunturi, BodyMax and Body Sculpture. All of the one's I tried previously were consumer orientated and either split at the seams, split on the main trampoline itself or the coils sprung out. It was also very frustrating that if you want to take off the legs for storage, you had to unscrew them. I took delivery of the new Maxlife Rebound UK Pro Gym Rebounder and I must say, this is a much better class. For starters it seems to be bigger with more bounce area. The bungee cord and elastic give the trampoline a much better bounce factor and elasticity - it seems way more effective and comfortable when bouncing for 30 minutes at a time. The build quality seems better, as does the stitching, components and general materials it is made from. The other thing I particularly like about this bouncer/rebounder is that the legs fold in and collapse easily for storage, without losing sturdiness. You also receive a free exercise DVD which is a major bonus. Rebounding has many health benefits and is good to do, in addition to combining it with other activities. If you want a professional rebounder that is built to last, super comfortable to use and which feel like a much better build quality, then I would opt for this. Have already recommended it to family members, some close friends and colleagues. Summary: Don't go for the one's around £50, in my humble opinion. Invest in a professional (although slightly more expensive) rebounder and you will certainly feel the benefits. Will update the review in 6 months time, but so far very pleased. I don't normally review ever item I purchase, but was compelled to do so, as this was an exceptional buy!

I chose to buy a rebounder to get more variety into my workouts. I use it mainly to run on... a bit like jogging on the spot. I like it because I can no longer run on treadmills or on the road due to sore knees, I can run and bounce for over an hour with no problems at all. I use my polar heart rate monitor to monitor my calories, and training zone. I watched the DVD that accompanies the rebounder but found it too fussy for me, I prefer to run, bounce, squat and star jump with hand and leg weights to vary the intensity. It was easy to set up and the quality is very good. I use it to workout approx 3 times per week for 1 - 2 hours each time and burn at least 700 calories according to my heart rate monitor and watch. I watch TV at the same time, but the rebounder is pretty noisy so I have to turn the TV volume up. I did lubricate the springs with WD40 but it didn't make much difference. The noise was the reason I didn't give 5 stars. Don't be put off though! The workout you get is fun and makes a difference, you won't notice at all if you use it with your headphones on or listening to loud music. I would definitely recommend rebounding to keep fit and active. It is great for people who haven't done excersize for ages or people who are very fit and active. You don't bounce really high so you don't need to be outdoors. The rebounder is approx 10 inches high, I am approx 5ft 6 inches tall. The ceiling in my lounge is approx 7.5 foot high and when I'm bouncing I am never close to hitting my head.

Replaced my 5 year old trampet with this one and wish I’d done it sooner! For a start it’s very very quiet compared to the sound of old rusty bed springs of the old one. It feels very safe and well made. Great tension and the legs very stable. As usual don’t wear socks unless you want to slide off into the wall, I prefer bare feet. Am upping my running miles outdoors and love to use this on cold rainy nights when I want to get my heart rate up and stay inside in the warm. Great for your balance and lower impact workouts. Bought some Velcro arm weights to add a bit more on harder workouts. Plus it’s a tiny cost and space compared to a treadmill. I don’t use the balance bar but put mine right next to a wall just in case.Legs fold flat for easy storage behind the sofa. Thoroughly recommended especially for those new to exercise who maybe don’t fancy going to the gym or forking out for a treadmill. Add music and dance moves for your own disco workout!

Very easy to put together. If you have stairs needs two people to lift up. Well made. Highly recommend.Able to assemble the bar in under 10 minutes no tools needed. Comes with DVDs and resistance bands. Easy to store just fold up the legs.

Mijn eerste kennismaking met de Rebounder, was via een kennis . Zij springt regelmatig op haar Fit Bounce Pro trampoline en heeft er veel plezier en baat bij. Mijn achter nichtje logeerde er en kon het niet laten op deze trampoline te springen. Het was zo'n succes, dat ik er ook voor haar eentje heb gekocht. Dié dan met ijzeren veren en opvouwbaar in 4ren met bijgeleverde draagtas. Zij en haar moeder springen dagelijks, ik krijg alleen maar positieve verhalen er over. Een schot in de roos. Zelf heb ik nu de Rebounder ook aangeschaft, maar dan één met veren, die niet opvouwbaar is en geen houder stang heeft. Stevig materiaal en veilig. Een niet te zachte vering. Ideaal voor ook binnen en vooral kleinere ruimten. De veren geven geen of nauwelijks geluid . Ik kijk er steeds meer naar uit mijn oefeningen vaker te gaan doen en zo fitter en lekkerder in mijn vel te gaan zitten. En ook gewicht te verliezen ! Ik ben de jongste niet meer en hoop mijn oefeningen uit te bouwen en vooruitgang te maken, de bijgeleverde video's zullen me daar bij helpen. Ik heb er sowieso al veel plezier mee. Het fijne is dat je met dit bedrijf direct contact kan opnemen als je vragen hebt. Dus de zekerheid, goede service en advies te krijgen en eventueel losse onderdelen en accessoires kan bestellen, indien nodig . Je kan er bijv. lossen antislip sokken bij krijgen, als je dat veiliger vindt. Dit product is een aanrader. Je kan vele soorten van deze trampoline bij dit bedrijf aanschaffen. Het is maar wat je er allemaal mee wil doen en wat je er voor over hebt. De twee apart bestelde trampolines werden al snel binnen enkele dagen geleverd na correct en precies de loop van verzending te hebben ontvangen via e-mail. Wij zijn allen zeer gelukkig met deze aankoop .

Ho acquistato 10 di questi mini trampolini, così posso tenere delle sessioni di allenamento di gruppo su trampolino e so che questa marca di mini trampolino è usata in palestre ed ateliers in tutto il mondo, quindi penso che sia la marca migliore da scegliere. I miei clienti sono entusiasti delle sessioni di allenamento con questa attrezzatura e quindi posso raccomandare caldamente di utilizzare il mini trampolino Pro Gym sia per corsi di danza ad alta energia, musica ad alto ritmo, fino a corsi di carattere più olistico adatti a clienti che vogliono dimagrire oppure a clienti olistici per il conseguimento di un grande effetto di drenaggio linfatico, estremamente benefico. Ho inoltre constatato che la sua struttura molto robusta dà una garanzia di sicurezza nel sopportare pesi di diversa entità, oltre al fatto che la tensione elastica del tappetino assicura un impatto dolce e fermo. Da ich ein absolutes Sportmuffel bin, hat mir meine Physiotherapeutin angeraten, mir ein Trampolin anzuschaffen. Und nach reiflicher Überlegung und nach langer Suche habe ich auch eins gefunden. Da die meisten Mini-Trampoline nur für ein Gewicht bis zu 100 kg ausgelegt sind, habe ich mich für dieses Mini-Trampolin entschieden. Ich wollte bei den Übungen einfach auf der sicheren Seite sein. Also: Das Trampolin wurde nach drei Tagen aus England geliefert. Es war superleicht zusammenzubauen und es ist absolut praktisch, dass die Beine einzuklappen sind. Ich selbst klappe die Beine nicht ein, sondern stelle das Trampolin nach Gebrauch einfach senkrecht an die Schreibtischseite. Als ich das Trampolin hatte, wusste ich erst gar nicht, was ich für Übungen machen soll. Die beigefügte CD ist englisch und ich habe sie mir noch nicht einmal angesehen. Also habe ich mir im Internet ein 15 minütiges ganzheitliches Trainingsprogramm rausgesucht, das ich nun fast täglich mache. Es ist nicht schwer, aber es tut dem Rücken ungemein gut. Meine Hals-/Nackenprobleme sind wesentlich besser geworden. Und ich muss sagen, anfangs dachte ich immer, was soll das Rumgehopse auf so einem Ding. Aber ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es auch bei ganz einfachen Übungen gar nicht so leicht ist, die Balance zu halten. Da muss man durch und Übung macht den Meister. Die Sprungfläche an sich ist mit Federn befestigt und falls es einen interessiert, bei den Übungen (jedenfalls bei denen, die ich mache) hört man die Dehnung der Federn, aber als laut kann man das auf keinen Fall bezeichnen. Die Sprungfläche an sich ist sehr straff und ich denke, dass das dem Umstand geschuldet ist, dass das Mini-Trampolin für ein Gewicht bis 130 kg ausgelegt ist. Und man braucht keine Angst zu haben, bis an die Decke kann man nicht springen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Trampolin nur empfehlen. Gute Verbeitung, praktisch und gesund :-) Nachtrag: Aufgrund einer komplizierten Verletzung habe ich das Trampolin die letzten sieben Monate nicht genutzt. Als ich es wieder nutzte, hatten die Federn oder was auch immer eine Lautstärke, die nicht mehr feierlich war. Wir haben probiert, die Federn vorsichtig mit Öl einzureiben, hat aber nicht geholfen. Dann haben wir es vorsichtig mit flüssigem Silikon versucht, auch das hat nichts geholfen. Da es mir zu laut ist und außerdem peinlich, habe ich mich letzte Woche für ein anderes Produkt entschieden. Eines ohne Federn.

Ce rebondeur est génial, c'est très robuste mais reste facile à ranger à mesure que ses jambes se replient. J'aime faire de l'exercice avec mon rebondeur. Il y a peu d'impact sur mes articulations, c'est très amusant et vous obtenez un entraînement cardio fantastique. Il est livré avec un excellent DVD et un abonnement d'essai vous donne accès à de nombreuses séances d'entraînement en ligne.

Tenía un rebounder de mala calidad que me ha durado un año. Lo he cambiado por este porque había leído muy buenos comentarios. Lo tengo una semana y de momento estoy muy contenta porque es de buena calidad y estable. No se mueve del sitio y soporta hasta 140 kg, por lo que mi pareja también puede usarlo. Saltar en él te da una sensación de estabilidad y de fluidez que me gusta mucho. Espero que me dure años!!!!!
