Works Perfectly (Biometric)
The media could not be loaded. Very well designed. Fits perfectly in my truck. The biometric portion also works flawlessly. Others who are having issues may not have followed the instructions properly. I have had my wife try to open it several times (weeks later) and it only works for my print.The instructions could be better, that’s the only thing I would say is a con about this product. It took me awhile to figure out where the “set finger print” thing was in the safe. I also wish that the safe had a low battery light because when the batteries eventually die without warning in like a year or two, you’ll need to use the manual key provided, so don’t lose it.Solid safe.

Very nice safe
Safe fit my 2020 Silverado perfectly! Simple install and works great! Fingerprints work great with no problems!

No security
Like other reviews stated, the box is sturdy and fits perfectly in the console. But, and it’s a big but, the fingerprint lock is garbage. I set it up with my thumb and when I tried it with my other fingers, it opened. I had my girlfriend try it, it open. She even pressed her nose to it, it opened. Why even buy the box if the primary function - security - doesn’t work?? The valet attendant can open it, the mechanic can open it, anyone can open it. Unless they fix the issue, I recommend getting a cardboard box; it’ll work just a well and doesn’t cost anything. As a matter of fact, use an Amazon box!

Easy to install and fits as it stated. Wish it came with 2 keys instead of 1 though to have a back up.

Safe travels!
Great safe and very solidly made. Perfect fit in my 2024 GMC sierra. Articles are kept safe and secure with plenty of space for several articles. Bolts into bottom of truck compartment

Fake Biometrics
Do not buy!! This item is well built and fits perfectly. I loved it until I discover that ANYONE'S finger will open it. I hope this company's negligence doesn't result in the death or injury of a child. Incredibly irresponsible item to sell to people!!!

Easiest install and setup
I have always bought Tuffy safes and decided to try this one. This one is assembled and you just place inside and install bolts. Easy. Setup for lock is easy. One other thing that sets this apart from the other brand I have been buying is that the lid is spring loaded and stays up versus always falling like the other which drove me crazy.
