I bought this as it was recommended by a friend. My dog has long wiry hair that gets tangled easily. I use this to help with the tangles and it works very well. It has a strong citrus smell thats slightly overpowering but is well worth the money for the bottle size,

Although a horse product, this actually works really well on dogs with longer hair. We use it on our show cocker spaniel after it was recommended to us and it actually does a really great job and the brush goes through much easier after a quick spray with this. It also smells quite nice which can only be a good thing. I guess as it’s a citronella type smell (& designed for horses) it probably also deters flies and insects from bothering them as much in the summer.The only word of caution I have is to spray outdoors somewhere as it can make floors very slippery if it gets on them. Quite tricky to clean off too so beware of slipping if not cleaned off thoroughly.May seem a bit pricey for a detangling spray but we have found a little goes a long way so the bottle lasts a good while.

Recommended this by a friend for my dogs thick hair and it does the job nicely and leaves a lovely smell on their coat too

I got this to go with tangle tease grooming brush just 2 or 3 short bursts of spray on horses tail brush with tangle tease brush done in handfull of minutes .The horse I ride lives out so tail is always knotted up at bottom and could never do very good job of it with just a standard grooming brush now after less than handfull of minutes she looks like she's just stepped out of the salon so 5 out of 5 stars from me.

De tangles like it says it does, easy to brush through, smells good and no sticky or breast residue on your hands after brushing their tail/mane

Omg this stuff is amazing. You don't need much and value for money is amazing, its cheap compared to other brands and does a better job. Im never buying anything else. Can use it day to day but its amazing if you saturate the tail after its been washed but damp; it will stop it getting notty and will stop the mud sticking
