Arrived before estimated date. I tried a sample of this before purchasing. It definitely improves the skin no winter dry patches anymore not sure if it plumps it but makes skin brighter and better. A shame its a bit expensive for the amount is all.

This product is amazing! I initially received a sample size tube and the first time I used it, OMG, I can actually see my skin soaking up the product and plumping up the extremely dry areas under my eyes and around lips. I have extremely dry and complicated skin issues due to a chronic disease, and my body rejects fillers and Botox. I want to note that I was a professional makeup artist before becoming a medical professional, and started using high quality, expensive European skin care products in my late 20’s (I’m 45 now). When I had to start taking numerous medications for my disease, my skin went downhill quickly, and nothing I tried worked no matter how great the reviews or how much it cost.There is an area at one side of my lips that became even worse after filler, and this product plumps the fine and deeper lines almost completely away, so my makeup doesn’t settle into them, which I’m very self-conscious of. Same with the fine lines under my eyes. I have tried many products and wasted thousands of dollars trying to address these issues. A little of this product goes a long way, even though it seems like a small tube for the amount of money. The sample tube was 0.34 fl oz and lasted about ~6 weeks applying it 4-6 days a week. I work in sections (lower, mid, upper face), apply a very thin layer of the cream and just slightly wet my fingers in warm water and “activate” the product by lightly rubbing it in until the product is clear and “tacky”. It may feel “tacky” at first, but give it a about 5-10 minutes to completely soak in, the longer you can let it soak in the better the results. It won’t feel tacky, greasy or oily once it sets. Sometimes the lip area mentioned above is extra dry and stubborn, and only plumps up about 75%, so I apply another little dab and wait 5 more minutes, which always works. The effects last through day and evening. I have even reapplied over my makeup to these problem areas, but wet my fingers, rub a small dab between them until it is clear, and lightly press into the areas, wait 2-3 minutes and then blend the area with a small fluffy blending brush. If I apply too much and/or the reapplication area color doesn’t blend evenly with the surrounding area, I use a fluffy eyeshadow brush to lightly wisp coloured powder over the area and a small blending brush using just enough pressure to blend everything back into an even texture/color. When trying this, it’s important to not use too much REN Flash, wait just long enough so the product soaks in but not so long that you can’t blend the area back in with surrounding area, and apply a very small amount of powder so it doesn’t look cakey later. I don’t apply a primer under my eyes, just a dab of lightweight brightening concealer in the inner corners, blend with a sponge, then a couple dabs of lightweight concealer one shade lighter than my foundation, blend area with a brush, and set with a lightweight color less loose powder. For the lip lines, I apply only a little dab of the lightweight coloured concealer and blend with a sponge and brush over the problem lip area and set with a tiny bit of the color less loose powder. Then I apply primer, concealer and foundation to the rest of my face avoiding the previously set areas. I set my foundation with a large fluffy powder brush and pressed powder one shade lighter than my foundation, (M-C Studio Fix or Select Sheer Pressed) and use a smaller fluffy eyeshadow brush to just wisp over the eye and lip areas so color matches (don’t press powder into these areas).My boyfriend and friends have all been amazed at the difference using this product has made, and are finally relieved that I’ve stopped obsessing over figuring out how to address my extremely dry skin and fine/medium lines issues. Also note, I use EL double wear foundation, which is full coverage and can be very drying. REN Flash soaks in so deeply I have to use a primer so my foundation applies correctly (I selected PC Resist Smoothing Primer Serum SPF 30 after trying 4-5 others).If I’m applying my “simple, fast” makeup regimen, I apply this product, follow eye/lip regimen above, skip primer, lightly powder my face to even out color, and use bronzer/highlighting pressed powders instead of concealer. This regimen also works really well with REN Flash and looks great all day.
