Best combo Robot in the market!When Narwal released Freo version, I was a bit hesitant since I already own a Narwal T10 and I was and still am incredibly happy with its performance.Not sure I really needed an upgrade , the idea of a combo robot that could vacuum and mop really got my attention. I must confess I did research other brands and compared all the features . After long hours of comparison and reading reviews, I have decided Narwal Freo was the best option .So, I took the plunge and purchased Narwal Freo thru AmazonEager to receive my robot I couldn’t wait for its arrival! I was so happy when Amazon delivery it a day early than expected. . Amazon driver was extremely nice and careful with my package. Such a good start!!My Narwal robot was very well packed, but the biggest plus was when I plugged in the robot and realized I had purchased the best of the best!I am extremely happy with my choice: Love its modern design and love Freo easy set up !Freo takes vacuum and mop to another level! I love the friendly user touchscreen on top of the station. Love its user-friendly appt. Love how it suck up dirty and mop my floors .Freo automatically makes the switch from mop to hands-free and it has the capabiity to determine how dirty the floor is and to keep mopping until it is just right!!Freo goes back and cleans its mop when its sensors reads how dirty the water is ...I don’t’ have to do anything!!!Freo vacuum has great suction power, it recognizes the areas where it needs to concentrate and mops it until it is truly clean! It scrubbes the floor until it is clean, and it can reaches corners !!!! Amazing!!! This robot is incredibly quiet! I had a conference call thru zoom while my Freo was working hard around me!!I also can tell you from experience that Narwal support is great!! Very responsive !!! they do care for their brand and customers have the service they expect!!!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NARWAL FREO!!! BEST DECISION EVER!!! ANSWERS TO MY PRAYERS.!!!!HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

I have had this for almost a year. I`ll try and be brief but good.Draw backs.Does not detect anything that does not hot the infra red/lidar beam head on. So If your dog has a accident your worst nightmares will come true.I had bought a rumba a few weeks earlier and loved how it cleaned but. So when I saw this mopped and vacuumed I had to try it. Not 2 days in was in the basement when I got a notice the robot stopped. As I went upstairs my nose was filled with the most horrific smell you can imagine. My eyes watered my stomach turned and I wanted to yarf all over the stairs up to the kitchen. OMG the horror. The poor robot had dragged it entirely around the kitchen island more than 4 times. It had almost completely covered 200 square feet with dog crap. Where do I start. so went and got the mop and bucket and began mopping the kitchen. I got the robot flipped it over and just did not now what to do with myself. This thing is $1000 and I could not throw it out. So got a face mask. "Thanks Covid" and gloves and began deep cleaning the entire thing. Lucky for me I bought a spares kit when I ordered it and I needed it already. Tossed the pads, roller, filter and then stripped the robot down and cleaned every single piece with bleach and disinfectant. The fortunate thing is it stopped on the way back to the base station to was the pads.Anyway since that day I learned to start the robot at midnight when the animals are asleep and as are the family.If you leave it on the floor its going to want to suck it up. Be it socks, laces, cords you name it you need to make sure it's not on the floor when the robots on.Someone said that the robot uses a lot of water. I have found if you use freo mode all the time it will. It will wash and wash all the time. And probably do 800 square feet and need water and waste emptying. So if you want to use freo mode make sure its when your able to have someone empty and fill the clean and dirty buckets. Otherwise I set it to mop the entry way and kitchen every night and it does them both 3-4 times a week before needing refill and draining.The App is always growing and changing. Which is good. Very intuitive.Cleaning ability?Awesome. The App you can change the suction speed of the vacuum. You can change the downforce pressure of the mop and you can adjust how wet the mop is when in use.I empty the dust bin once a week. Maybe twice in the few weeks the animals shed the seasonal coats.The Soap i have not yet replaced in 8 months. Thing seems to dilute slowly.Robot needs me to clean it once a month. It gets hair in the wheel between the pads and on the ends of the brush hair builds up and needs clearing.My biggest complaint is the lidar sensor. What a dumb place to have no lip on it. When you lift the dust container out particles spill out on to the top of the plastic and its very static like and the dust just floats on top of the plastic and with the lidar spinning it attracts the dust and sucks it into the spinning cover. This got stuck on mine a few times and I had to strip it to clean it or I would have to ship it back to them. I see on the new one no changes have been made so I decided to cancel it for now. A lip needs to be added to make it less likely to pull in dust.But it's well over 200hrs of work. Paid for itself. I love coming into a clean home. Thank you.

I would do 0 stars if it would allow me too. Very unreliable on vacuuming and moping; it misses sections even after remapping. This model doesn't self empty This is NOT a pet friendly vacuum like advertised, hair gets clogged in the rollers and you find gobs of hair randomly around the house. No matter if the bin is empty at the start of cleaning. The bin has a small capacity so you have to empty it daily with a pet friendly home. No notification for the dust bin being full or the water needing refilled before the next cleaning. Very inconvenient and disappointed in this vacuum. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Came home today to a mess everywhere because this vacuum didn't detect a pile of poop and went over it. It was from my Great Dane and a huge pile, not sure how it was not detected. Needless to say I had to manually mop the house 3 times and I am tempted to throw this vacuum/mop away. I wish I could return it but I am outside the return time frame.Update: I contacted Narwal which they have great customer service. They have offered to send me all the components that can be replaced because of the gross mess, however, are unwilling to replace the vacuum or honor how it is advertised. Fun fact, this vacuum doesn't have the capability to detect items on the ground to not suck them up so the above is falsely advertised. Beware of you but this vacuum don't allow the scheduled time to run if you are not home because you will come home with it stuck or a mess that I had to deal with.Currently, looking into a new vacuum mop combo with a different company that works properly with animal hair. This vacuum/mop is more of a hassle and headache than it is worth. Such a waste of money!!!
