The first one arrived with broken pieces of black plastic in the box. Apparently they are part of the sharpener. The plastic is cheap and the sharpener seems flimsy. I decided to return it and asked for an exchange.The exchange item was quickly shipped, which was very good. This time it arrived intact and the product works as intended. The sharpener is still a bit flimsy but works well and the service was great, thus, I changed my rating.

Does not sharpen well. Especially scissors. Knives take at least 20 times through the sharpener and still doesn't help much
