We were infested, and I really do mean that, with ants, both little crawling ones and the big flying ones.I tried the ant baits that everyone raves about and we just couldn't get rid of the things, they have clearly built a next in our wall cavities, the living room was literally crawling.The spray was a last resort before bringing in exterminators, I picked it because it was pet safe (4 cats in the house) and non-toxic (I'm 5.5 months pregnant). It killed off the ants that we could see within seconds, so we gave a good old squirt all along the skirting boards and haven't seen hide nor hair of any bugs in the 4 days since.The product has a strong citronella type smell, but is non-toxic, definitely doesn't stain or mark (we've just redecorated and used it on the walls as well as the curtains with no markings at all) and is amazingly effective.I don't often write reviews, a product has to be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad for me to do so - this is excellent!

This has not been very effective at killing/getting rid of false widow spiders. I had been using this spray back in 2019 and it was very effective but recently ran out and ordered a new bottle. I think the ingredients have changed as the spiders are still running around and living their best lives :(Very expensive for something that isn’t quite effective.

I have bought this product several times now and it seems to work well as far as i can tell (we use it in conjunction with another product so it is difficult to tell which is doing what i'm afraid).The lemon smell it gives off I am okay with, it can be somewhat refreshing at times i suppose compared to other similar products

I cannot speak to if this works what I can advise others is to be warned this has a strong, lingering scent which made me feel very unwell! I did a light spray in just one room of our home left it a few hours before we used the room and it still reeked VERY strongly the main scent I could detect was Citronella (which would be odd if this is what I could smell as it does not work on fleas!) I have woken with very sensitive sinus pain and a mild building headache :(I am all for chemical free alternatives more so because I have 3 lovely dogs but I cannot use this again it is simply not worth my health for something that 'may' work on fleas. I was very surprised with the scent as a few fellow reviewers had said they smelt Lavender which I was looking forward to but nope it 100% not lavender!!I am going back to my old chemical spray for now at least with that after an hour of airing my home the smell is pretty much gone I can put on a wax melt & it is gone and most important no health issues for me!!I do doubt this would work how the chemical aerosols do as it is very wet which is when the product claims to work to drown the critters so what about when it is dry?!?! I think it is a misleading product as you will need to put this on daily during an outbreak which will make it more costly in the long run.

We have a HUGE ant problem this year, didn't mind so much when they were outside but when I saw them marching up the fridge door I knew I had to do something. I have dogs and a cat in the house and wanted something natural and non toxic. I read the mixed reviews and thought I would give this a try. So glad I did, it works! The smell is quite potent but not unpleasant and after spraying around the door we haven't seen another ant inside the house. I sprayed outside around the door and it keeps them away, I've just ordered a second bottle as I noticed that spiders were getting away from it too, what a bonus!

Unfortunately didn't really work. Only ants that drowned died. The rest just walked through it and kept coming back.Only a later use of a traditional ant killer did the trick

In the nicest possible way, this stuff really stinks! However, after you have vacated and ventilated the room and the smell settles it's actually not a bad smell. It settles into a clean, woody, eucalyptus lemon smell a bit like furniture polish. Once you get over the smell, it really really works. We used it when the cats brought in fleas. It definitely made a huge impact and we have never had to use poisonous chemicals around our animals or child or beds. You should never use this on any fabric that touches your skin, so I put bedding and covers on a hot wash instead. Great for carpets and I've used on pet beds and our mattresses. You have to leave for a few hours before you can return to the room though as it hits the back of your throat. I'd much rather have a strong smell then use toxic chemicals. I've brought this a few times now, it's great.

We bought this product as we own a cat and have an infestation of false widow spiders.The product hasn't caused any issues with our cat so far. It does have a strong smell but this seems to dissipate after 24 hours.We tested the product first on some daddy long legs spiders. It immediately caused them to try to flee the area and after a considerable amount of time it seemed to kill them.This product isn't fast acting but spiders hate it.The false widow spiders we have are nocturnal and hide in cracks and crevices during the day unless they are disturbed.I cannot confirm whether or not this actually kills the spiders but upon spraying the area the smaller spiders flee and the larger spiders came out allowing us to squish them with some tissue paper.We used a considerable amount of the spray initially and have just ordered another bottle. It does seem to deter them from coming back once the area has been sprayed. However larger spiders seem to be more resilient to it.I would recommend this product to anyone who is unable to use insecticides as it is extremely safe for both humans and animals. There are very few products on the market that are safe in this sense and such it seems like a great product.
