Good cage for the price the only bad thing is that the latches are cheaply made but other than that I love it

This was easy to assemble, light weight and much easier to clean than our box turtle's previous home. Not expensive and perfect for our needs.

Two things I noticed first, some dowels to hold pieces in place while screws were put in were missing (not a deal breaker), and there was no protective film on the plexiglass (also not a deal breaker but the instruction sheet mentioned it should be there) so there were some decent scratches. It was relatively easy to put together and I feel a good product for my use (quail brooder) but when I got to putting the final touches on, one of the latch sets had mismatched pilot holes, so I’ll have to move that latch and drill holes for it to close. Also the latches are pretty lightweight metal. When I contacted customer service about the issues, who responded promptly, they initially offered a just a partial refund of $20 but when I pushed back for refund of full shipping cost of 29.99, they refunded that. They did offer to replace the product with a new one but I wasn’t going to dismantle it to send back.

The product itself is a great idea, but the plexiglass is incredibly thin, which is unfortunate. The top pieces that open the lid didn’t quite match up to the actual frame , and as a result, the latches are basically useless, unfortunately. I will end up having to fix that in near the future. Also, shipping price was quite a bit, and I didn’t like that. It’s sturdy and has a great amount of space for my future button quail. The paint job definitely wasn’t the best, but I do like the colors that were used. All in all, $40 is a great price, shipping wasn’t, and the frame work may not apply to everyone, since they’re all built separately.

Pretty easy to assemble as I'm blonde and I managed to put it together ,lol !! Took about 30 minutes but my baby loves it !!! It's an addition to his swimming tank !!! Sits right on top to problem !!! Added a ramp and he's good to go !! Thank you 😊 💓 🐢

really built like garbage, the clear panels are like the old projector sheets. Is not even worth the time or money to try and return it that is on how trash this is.
