Well as I bought this product i was not expecting much but this lavender sleep spray has completely changed my sleep experience. I used to lie in bed for hours and hours but never able to get to sleep, but now the second my head touches the pillow I instantly fall asleep (well nearly always.) spraying this spray on my pillow has become my favourite part of my night routine If you asked me if I recommend this product to anyone who loves a calming lavender scent- yes definitely. As for the price is a little expensive but you only need a 1-2 sprays, so it does last me a while . As soon as I have finished the spray i find myself buying a new one! It's gorgeous, and seems expensive, so I bought a cheaper one and it smelt of Parma violets and made me feel sick. The smell of this is so comforting. I am a hardened insomniac and I it does help, if only that it is something to look forward to at the least it is something very comforting which eases my fear of going to bed and lying awake all night and that is a huge help.

Bought this on the back of a visit to a hotel that had a sample of this on the night stand. I'm not one for smells on my pillow so did not pay attention to it. The husband, on the other hand... sprayed it on his and loved it. So we bought a bottle and he's like a cat marking territory! Sprays it on curtains and virtually every fabric around the house. I didn't find the smell bad --nor did I go crazy about it at first-- but I guess being exposed to it so regularly, I now kinda like it... or maybe I've got used to it. You can smell the lavender but the smell is not overpowering and it has a sort of earthy overall scent to it. Not sure if that captures the smell but it's what I think of when I smell it. Anyway, this is supposed to aid with sleep but I really cannot tell whether that has made an impact. What it has done is leave a gentle aroma around curtains and in our bed linen which is not strong. I would recommended it if you're getting into the whole pillow spray thing because the smell is not overpowering so you would not be left gasping for fresh air.

Beautiful smell, incredibly relaxing and genuinely soothes me after a long day. Highly recommend this product!

As someone who has ALWAYS had trouble sleeping. I've tried many a remedy - both natural and non-, with very little in the way of success... Even if I did manage to get to 'sleep' eventually - I'd always wake up with a heavy head and aching muscles... Not anymore :) I found this miracle product in a mini-bottle on the pillow of a hotel I was staying in. After I had finished the tiny bottle, I ordered another immediately and have never looked back: ThisWorks actually WORKS. I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes MAX with a couple of spritzes of this on either edge of my pillow. Not only is the aroma nice and calming without being overpowering (as many other similar remedies are), but it consistently allows me to dream some INSANE dreams. Not just restful sleep, but I've actually taught myself to lucid dream with the help of this thing! It is the first time in my life I've consistently been able to go two weeks without waking up feeling shattered, whilst also having the benefit of some memorable REM - EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Other sleep remedies would just wipe me out, weighing me down both mentally and physically, so that I'd wake up feeling like I'd just risen from the dead (but was still groggy and out-of-sync). For anyone out there who knows what I mean... Yes, it seems like a lot to spend on a little bottle of liquid, but it's far less damaging that putting crap into your body and not really gaining that much from it. I am in no way affiliated with the company/brand selling this product, but I am recommending it so highly because it honestly changed the way I sleep, and I'm sure others out there feel like they've tried every trick in the book to no avail... Go on - give it a try.

I have been surprised by this product I have used it as directed and I’ve had the best nights sleep and had no trouble getting off to sleep. It’s expensive but worth it! Will buy again when this runs out.

Pillow talk, e il mio prodotto preferito, lo uso ogni sera, ma sopratutto quando sono stanco dal lavoro, o anche un po’ stressato, mi aiuta a dormire meglio e al risveglio mi sento come un ciclone, ovviamente il prodotto si presenta acquoso ma non importa, io lo spruzzo circa 20 minuti prima di andare al letto così il prodotto si asciuga lasciando l’aroma, lo uso anche sul pigiama. A volte lo uso anche sulle camicie quando so che la giornata può essere stressante.

I like the product, but am dismayed to find upon opening up the package it was delivered in that part of the product had spilled out, making the entire package wet.

I do firmly believe this gives me a deeper sleep.

Don't hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn't be more in love with it. I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself. For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn't be strong enough, and I'd still be lying awake at 3 am. I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don't know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I've had that doesn't make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I'm finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren't necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I'm set The only thing I don't love about this is the scent, like it doesn't smell bad but I wouldn't buy a perfume of it. This scent could easily be someone's favorite scent, but it just isn't mine lol. I've just never been a camomile or vetivert girl, but with that being said, it isn't like I spray my pillow and I'm up gagging. It's still a calming scent and I'm already getting more and more used to it I'm probably going to end up getting this spray auto-shipped to me and buying it for my family for birthdays or Christmas or whatever. I really love this product and cannot recommend it enough
