Perfect as a standalone shake, protein oats, protein smoothie, etc. I personally opt for the smoothie method most times and if you're interested I'd recommend mixing this with; frozen blueberries, greek yoghurt, milled flax, almond milk and fresh strawberries. (Ice added to thicken if needed, and measurements/ingredients adjust per your macro/diet requirements and or taste preferences). Pop it all in a blender and you have what the grimace shake should've been and a clean version at that. 10/10 whey protein.

this is my first ever protein powder. I'm a newb. I chose this purely based off of reviews. pros: it's really delicious, they were right. vanilla ice cream but liquid. I tried it in a glass of cold, lactose free milk and it became a whole dessert 😭 it mixes well, I didn't need to shake vigorously, in fact I used a milk foamer (a little battery operated mixing wand, don't judge me 😅) and it was super silky smooth afterwards. cons: I don't get the point of such massive tubs when they're only half way filled. I also didn't like the fact the scoop was buried deep in the powder and I had to go fishing for it. sensory hell😭 I feel like there could be improvement but I am now put off protein powders thanks to the flavour and ease of use, so there's that❣️

There’s no protein powder better. It tastes great, low on carbs and high in protein. I make protein shakes and waffles with these, it’s smooth and easy to mix. French Vanilla is my favourite flavour because I can make anything with it without giving it a strong flavour like chocolate. Berry, peanut and coconut shakes. Yum.

Whey powder is really expensive but i really liked this one and i felt the benefits in my leg muscles.Mixed it with water and it did taste like icecream.Not noticed any lumps after a good shake up.

I personally don't enjoy the taste - it has some bitterness to it.

j'utilisais avant la whey marque décathlon. Après avoir pas mal hésité dans les différente marques, j'ai pris celle là un peu au pif (en crème glacée à la vanille) pour tester autre chose, et je suis assez content : - meilleure dissolution (dans le coca pour moi) - gout meilleur (j'irais pas jusqu'à bon, mais c'est acceptable) Par contre : - l'odeur est pas terrible, mais il suffit de pas mettre le nez dans le pot - contient légérement moins de prot (3-4% de moins) mais c'est un détail c'est quand même de l'isolat principalement. Globalement je suis satisfait et je ne pense plus changer de marque.
