Edit: I'm updating my rating to 3 stars because the company did reach out to me quickly and wanted to make things right. I am getting a full refund for this tablet, and they're giving me an 80% refund for the pink one I ordered. I'm okay with the 80% refund for the pink one because it's about 10 days past the 30-day return period, and I'm not being asked to return it. I can't give the tablets a higher rating, but the company worked to make things right with me immediately. It's likely that I would purchase other items from this seller if needed based on my experience with the seller.Original review:These aren't kids tablets. They're android tablets that allow you to set up parental controls through Google Play. The one kid app that comes preinstalled that they talk about in the description is only helpful if your kids are 5 or younger. The content in that app is definitely geared towards preschool. My girls had outgrown their kid Fire tablets, so I thought this might be a good step up without getting them a regular tablet or iPad. I was wrong. I should have just gotten them a good tablet and installed Google Play on it. The first blue one I got didn't work at all. To Amazon's credit, they let me return it and sent me a new one. It works, but both this one and the one I got for my other daughter freeze occasionally, and once or twice a week we have to restart the tablets to get them to work again. The protective covers work okay, but they're a squishy silicone, so I don't think they'll protect well if a tablet gets dropped hard. Also, it's super hard to plug earphones into the tablet because of the case. Even though the cover is flexible, you have to push down really hard to plug them in and get them to stay. I was super hopeful about these based on previous reviews I'd read, but these have been nothing but a headache for me. I think I'm just going to return these and try something else.

I really like the size of the tablets and the built in games it was a bit more work to set them up than expected but works well for my kids. I would suggest buying a separate screen protector though.

It lasted roughly 4 months before shattering, about 4 days until the stand lost its tension. I’m not sure any tablet is unbreakable when it comes to a screen, so not really the company’s fault there. However, the speed of the tablet was painfully slow. Much slower than even the kindle fires we’ve had. Pretty disappointed… but for $80, I wasn’t devastated. I tried to use packing tape on the screen to make it useable for a few more days, but it didn’t work ( mainly just mentioning it because you can see it in the photo). Love the concept behind a less expensive option for merry YouTube surfing… but even I didn’t have the patience for it.

This is a great tablet !! My son loved it. I will definitely be ordering again !

The first one I ordered arrived with a cracked screen. It was simple to order a replacement and it arrived within 2 days. I believe the problem was limited to just that one unit because the casing around the screen was popping in and out of place. The replacement is in impeccable condition and that issue is nonexistent. Functionality- wise, it's excellent. Much faster operating speeds than similar ones and the screen quality is superb! Perfect for kids and adults alike (just remove the cover for adults). The sound quality seems nice, too, for what it is.... and honestly... the price is unbeatable for the larger 10" combined with quality. And my kids go through A LOT of tablets so that's saying something.

Doesn't load very fast even from the start but since it's for a 5 year old, I'm not overly concerned. The case that comes with it is a very nice extra touch though. The case is sturdier than most others we've had in the past.

When I turned on the tablet it was a regular tablet. We have to download kids friendly games, I thought it was a kids tablet with kid friendly apps and games. It was a regular tablet. Was trying to find if there was a setting to switch to kids but there isn’t, her screen looks nothing like the pictures shown.

This was a step up tablet for my granddaughter who out grew her last one!

I apologize for that. But the protection cover is very bad. The sound level is also low.
