This body oil is fantastic. It is so moisturizing and healing. I had a phaze with quite dry skin, and parts that were so dry they were itchy. After a few moisturizer would just not do the job. I was using hydrocortisone for the itching patches, overnight moisture wraps using Honest body moisture, coconut oil during the day, soaking with Epsom... nothing was fixing it. Until this body oil. Within weeks I was so soft!!! The hard cracking feet - now all smooth. Itchy back & legs, all gone! All the hard work is done, now I can focus on the beauty. It keeps my skin much more supple and soft. The folds of my arms, at the elbows & armpits look better - less crape papery. And the scent, personally I love it. There is a floral quality about it, but it is so natural smelling. Like a flowers with herbs and warm spice. Do not think of any of those scents you encounter in a mall shop. The scent comes from natural ingredients. This toner is fantastic. I am on my second bottle an will happily continue with this as an integral part of my routine. I also use the Bakuch facial oil & Rose toner also from Life & Pursuits. I am absolutely convinced by this brand. After less than a year (Im 47) my eye and neck are both more taught, firmer, and with less lines! Love it By way of comparisons my go to brands are shishido, aveda, malin + goetz

After one application I needed to get this smell off of me. Smells like an old lady with moth balls in her house. Ive been looking for an oil that does all it promises so I'm really sad it didn't work out Bottle and pump are good quality Absorbs quickly. Leaves smooth texture on skin UPDATE 4/28/23 I originally rated this 2 stars and changed it to 5. I decided to keep this oil and follow the instructions, which are too run the oil on let it sink in/absorb and then wash off with mild soap. I wanted to know if washing off with soap would wash the smell away. It does. My skin is noticeably less spongy. The texture and softness of my skin has also improved. I am happy with this product. Will reorder. The letting it absorb and wash off is similar to the Clarins skin toning oil Ive used in the past for the same results and that product is like $80+ now so this oil is an AMAZING VALUE if comparing it to getting similar results from Clarins, which was my goal. I also wondered why both advise to wear oil BEFORE the shower. Found this on mindbodygreen.com: "By applying body oil before you shower, you're creating a barrier between your skin and the shower water, preventing the skin from drying out faster," she says. That's because oils contain occlusive agents, which increase skin's hydration levels by providing a physical barrier to keep it from losing any water." This is especially good if you're taking hot showers and/or dont like the feeling of oil on your skin.

This kind of puts me in mind of the old Neutrogena body oil. It soaks in quickly and doesn't leave any residue or stickiness. The scent doesn't do much for me so I'm going to add a few drops of rosemary or mint oil to perk it up, and use for a day moisturizer.

I use this oil after every shower, in the summer after being in the sun. This oil is not heavy, you can rub it in with minimal effort, It doesn't sit on top of your skin. My hubby is always telling my how soft my skin is. The smell is nice, for some reason I feel it has a light chocolaty smell, not overpowering just right. I can't tell you how many bottles I have ordered many many. The cost for the quality is amazing.

I really like this oil. It is not thick snd absorbs quickly . i have do not have a problem with the smell that some others have complained about. To me the scent is pleasant and not overbearing and you really don't smell it after a while. The oil is a little thinner that I thought, but that's ok. I been using daily for about 2 months now. My 2nd bottle arrived a couple of weeks ago. I didn't think I would notice a difference so soon, but really, I already do. I will continue to use it daily - you don't need a whole lot. I even use it with my cocoa butter lotion. I look forward to continuing to change the look and feel of my creapy skin - especially my forearm and chest. Please, still use your sunscreen with this if you are going out in the sun you should have full protection. My only concern is that the oil leak out the bottom snd can make a mess. I keep in sitting on paper towels to absorb it. Be care of furniture because it leaks a lot.

This oil soaks in so fast you really don’t have time to get it on skin. I started with my arms and it was soaked in before I could spread it upward. Fragrance is soft and pleasant but hard to spread . So you tend to use more of the oil . I will say never greasy and have a healthy glow to skin.

All my work mates are using it now it has a brightener in it so it evens out your skin and leaves it soft.

It’s pretty light oil and not sure what people are smelling or if it’s my lack of smell but the aroma is mild but a little soapy smelling. Nothing that really going to be noticeable enough to gross other people out at all. Good stuff!

I didn't like the smell..it like old argan oil with sesame..I didn't smell any lavender .

I love this oil. I have dry skin and live in a hot climate. I don’t use any other kind of moisturiser except this & the lavender version. I apply a light coat daily after a shower - including my face. I don’t ever feel greasy & the smell is gorgeous. I love it so much that this is the 5th bottle I have purchased.

It’s like a dry oil you put on before showering, soaks in quick and easy and I have very dry skin. I also have sensitive skin and this product has worked wonders, skin is nourished and smooth no rash. Will defo buy again
