I have purchases these dates several times from this seller and they were always succulent and coated in a delicious syrup. The dates in my latest order are dry, hard and tasteless.. I contacted the seller and this was their reply - "Our quality team has reviewed this batch and has advised that they’ve checked and sampled it. They didn’t find any issues and wouldn’t describe the dates as dry or out of specification. However, your previous orders were supplied from a different supplier." They refused to accept a return and refused to refund.
