Great Solution for B12 Deficiency
I was very sceptical about these patches but after paying privately for monthly injection that only seem to work for a week then I thought I would try these and they work for the full week. I have more energy, not sleeping excessively and waiting to see if my brain fog improves as it’s only week 2 of the patches! Anyone who has a B12 deficiency will know that the NHS system of receiving injections is not realistic for individual needs but these patches actually work.Patches are very easy to use, stay on for the full 24 hours and are value for money for the results you get especially if you pay privately for injections.

Effective and useful
These plasters are just very easy to use. Stick perfectly fine wherever to stick them. I use the plaster just above my ribs. Didn’t find any kind of reaction or infection. Found the patch useful and effective after keep it on for 24hours as found little better in tiredness. Till now I use three of them so waiting for the desired results for that need to use them three months fully. Will update the results in future.

Easy to use & effective
Great patches, a lot bigger than the ones I previously used but these can be used once a week rather than twice a week. They are skin coloured so don’t stand out too much despite their size. I wear mine behind my ear/top of neck area. I really feel the difference using them & am looking forward to receiving my free b12 patch (after scanning barcode on back of pack).

A helpful top up
I use these to boost my B12 between injections on the NHS as I can’t absorb it through my diet. They seem to give me more energy and less pain. Some patches have been stickier than others. I put a plaster over it to ensure it stays on.

Disappointing, Could Not Recommend
Bought these as my usual ones were showing the usual helpful 'currently unavailable - we don't know when or if these will be back in stock' etc information from Amazon. Got great results from previous patches so based on reviews for these was hoping for similar from these, but like others have mentioned, these are like oversized flimsy plasters, at least five times the size of my previous B12 patches, so anything but discreet, and just WILL NOT stick to your skin. So how you're meant to keep them stuck on for a week I will never know. I felt no benefit from wearing them, and could not establish whether this was because the patches themselves are useless, or because the failure of three quarters of the patch area to stick meant that a similar amount of the B12 contained therein therefore cannot be released. In a word, disappointing, and wish I'd never bothered, even more disappointing when I check my normal B12 patch listing and find it in stock days after ordering these, thanks to Amazon's vague and unhelpful out of stock information.

Seems to be working good
I have been using these patches for about 2 months, love them BUT i do start to lose my energy about 2 days before the next patch is due. Has anyone used these more frequently than 1 per week, if so, did you have any issues ?Would appreciate feedback on this.

A good Vitamin B12 supplement
I have been using these patches for years now. I find they stop me having an annoying leg kick out that happens without the patches. They are adhesive and I wear one a week for a day which stays on in the shower too.If my annoying leg starts jumping I know I have forgotten to, put on my patch.I would recommend any one to give them a try.
