Really helps. I have tendentious in my foot and joint pain from gout. I am always amazed at how well this works-and quickly. Was recommended by my physical therapist. Highly recommend.

Pair with essential oils for extra relief.
I pair this lotion with Rocky Mountain Joint Relief for extra pain relief and spend at least a minute massaging it into the knee to aid in blood circulation and healing. This does help provide relief for a torn meniscus.
