Very effective
I have personally used these evey day for over 3 years,most definitely give me a boost in energy,just enough to get me through the mid morning slump,taste great,easy to use,just drop one in a glass of water,very high b- vitamin content and for me at least,very effective,If they can be purchased for less than a tenner for 3,thn great value for money

Great immunity booster - needs vitamin D separately
NOTE - this doesn't contain vitamin D, which is highly recommended by the NHS and needs to be taken separately.Great balance of vitamins. Tastes good and is very effective. Easy to use - we take one in the morning upon waking. It has very noticeable reduced the amount of colds we get.
