I love the saffron! It gives me the energy to be the caregiver my husband needs but I have a "feel good sense" and not a jittery feeling that other supplements gave me.

I take this every day in an attempt to be less hungry throughout the day. I have been trying to lose weight for my wedding. I believe it does work well for me. However, I know that most use it in place of an antidepressant. I do not feel the affects of this in that way.

I’ve discovered Saffron supplement for myself just recently. I now take it regularly because it helps suppress appetite for me more than any other supplements I’ve tried. This particular product is great because it will last me for a while. Recommended amount of Saffron per day has a wide range of 30mg-1.5g. This product’s suggested dosage is twice a day (each capsule having 88.5mg in it). To me, I found just one tablet in the morning on an empty stomach works great! It really helps me with intermittent fasting and I don’t have any cravings to snack, which is usually a problem for me. This bottle will last me 4 months and it’s a great price for it.
