I like to take them the same time I take my contraceptive pill because then you don't forget and they also have the days on the blister like my pill does which makes it even easier to track. *** The results *** (what you really want to know)~ Hair:Before: My hair was receding quite badly and I had clumps fall out on the side of my head near my ears so when I had my hair tied back it looked very sparse!After: Now I have noticed my hair has grown again where it fell out on my hairline, It looks like I have a very thin 1 inch fringe at the minute but once it gets longer it will blend in with the rest of my hair. I have noticed my hair feeling fuller on the sides too and I can't see any patches like I used to either. My hair is growing very fast because I have blonde highlights and I have noticed I'm going to have to do my roots a little sooner than usual. Overall: my hair just feels in much better condition and people have commented how shiny and full it looks lately.~ Skin:Before: Painful outbreaks and very dullAfter: I haven't really noticed anything yet with regards to my skin but I think this is because I have hormonal imbalances which cause my outbreaks but people have commented that I have a glowing face and I started to look very `well' so something must be working. I don't think I look as drab and dull as I did before.~ Nails:Before: I've always had long nails that grow very fast but they were never very strong.After: If my nail bends it doesn't break! How cool is that, I used to have nails pinging off all over the place but now I can have a split in my nail and just paint over it with polish and it will grow out.
