I've only been using these for a few weeks, but no issues with digestion or other side effects. They are quite big sized capsules and they have a taste of nutritional yeast. It doesn't linger though. Good variety of nutrients, bit expensive at 2 a day. My hair looks nice, not sure if that's the pills or not! My nails do seem to be a bit better.

I bought these as my nails had peeled and the condition wasn't great. They've worked really well but I can't get over the taste. I have to build myself up to take them and almost gag each morning as they taste rank. Would I take them again probably but they've got to be the foulest tasting tablets I've smelt despite working in a pharmacy.

After years of soft and splitting nails this has enabled me to have nails long enough to use nail varnish. I actually can't live without it, I just hope Amazon always has it available!

I've only been taking these tablets (you take three a day) for eleven days and my nails are already getting stronger. I'm perimenopausal and my previously strong nails had started to split. A quick trawl through various internet sites suggested that biotin keeps them strong but that most of us could get enough biotin from a normal diet. My diet is good - and I eat lots of eggs, an excellent source of biotin - but middle aged hormones were still playing havoc with my claws. This seemed particularly unfair as I don't use nail varnish and I always keep them short. I had a good hair day yesterday but these occasionally arise spontaneously so it's too soon to say if it was vegicap-related. I'm fortunate that, at fifty four, I have very few lines but my jawline is less firm than it used to be so hopefully the `Beautiful' range will help this too! I got through the winter with the help of the Vitamin D and Vitamin C in the same range but am taking a break from them now that the sun is out and I feel more like eating fruit.
