Do the bottles or lids have any kind of mechanism to allow the ink out in drops?

I bought eye droppers with these. It was a good investment because they did not come with a ink dropping device.

I use the black india ink for tattooing. Are the other colors non-toxic and will they wear well as tattoo pigment?

Dr. Ph. Martin's Bombay India ink does not state whether or not it can be used for tattoos. Recommended purposes of this ink are: crafts, art projects, hobbies, photography, and rubber stamping. Using ink not designed for tattooing can be unsafe. I got this from another site. It does say it is non toxic.

Nope! All of the bottles have paper/aluminum seal (that are hard to remove) and I've been just pouring the ink to smaller containers to use them. Are these inks alcohol based?
