Is it a possibility that 500mg is an 'overdose' for me? When I started using this product, there was great improvement mentally and physically within three days and it went on for about five weeks, then everything started declining. I became lethergic physically, disinterested in things and was very slow mentally, my cognitive ability plummeted. I was taking one capsule before meals. I reverted to another Brand which comes in 100mg per Tablet and it is recommended only one Tablet per day. The improvement on this one is modest but there is no decline after continued use. I had also tried another Brand (Nicotinamide Riboside 300mg) and initially, there was great improvement but started declining - worse than I was before I started using it. I could sleep even during the day, which is not normal of me. So just wondering if 300mg and 500mg dosages are too much for me. Do you do lower strengths of your brand I can try?

I've been taking these for a few weeks now I find them as a capsule very easy to swallow it's still early days but I can honestly say I feel fine taking them I have had no adverse effects at all

These are a little too big for my liking. They work well and are essential if you can't sleep at night. But... I would like to see a 250mg version which would be a much better dose with smaller capsules. They used to do a 90mg version for children but I couldn't find those last time I looked. So only 4 stars as a smaller dose version would be better.
