I love this item. The taste is fake, but I honestly don't mind it all.

I started using this product as a pre-workout supplement and it works brilliantly. Give me an instant energy boost that gives me that edge during my workout. It mixes easily and tastes delicious. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants that extra boost for a training session

I use this as a pre-work out before the gym and I really like the taste ! I have found that using this pre and during my work out does give me a boost, even if it is just a placebo effect. Though the product does contain a high amount of caffeine which I suppose could help give you extra energy ! A word of caution I would issue is that sometimes my heart has felt like it has been racing after drinking this, so I use it as infrequently as possible and I only use half of the recommended amount. This seems to work in eliminating the jittery feeling you can sometimes get from this and other pre-workouts. I wouldn't recommend this is you have a lot of anxiety, as it gives me quite a "fluttery", jumpy feeling which I think can feel uncomfortable if you are feeling mentally your best.

Can't live without this!!!!!

After waking up in the morning, the first thing I do is drink some water. And then I shake up myself an Amino Energy drink, mixed with plain water, and 2 scoops, as per the product recommendation. It's better than any tea or coffee out there for waking you up instantly in my opinion, and definitely helps me feel instantly alive and ready for a run or a workout. It has a great amino profile, which acts as the perfect pre workout drink in my opinion (none of that jittery/digestive issues with this one). Haven't really tried it as a post-workout drink, but I'm sure it delivers when consumed after a workout as well. The Lemon Lime flavour is sublime, as is the Watermelon, and Blueberry. Highly recommended!

I haven't had any fizzy drinks since I've been ordering this stuff. I usually get the Fruit Fusion flavour but I've had the others before. It tastes amazing, has no sugars (great for healthy skin and teeth, low body fat % etc) and has some ingredients which are very useful for all stages of working out (pre, intra and post). You can actually drink this however you like - I've actually been having one scoop instead of two and it's lasted me twice as long. The flavour is strong enough as it is. Wholeheartedly recommend this. This is my fizzy-drink replacement from now on.

Good flavour, mix well. It's a little out of my budget but it's worth it since it's an amino and pre-workout

Effettivamente percepisco un "brain boost" dopo l'assunzione, e l'effetto è più duraturo rispetto a quello di un semplice caffè. Non posso dare alcuna valutazione sui benefici in palestra, ma suppongo con ragionevole certezza che aiuti. Quindi per me è un prodotto valido che consiglio e continuerà ad acquistare. L'importante è che il prezzo non salga. Al momento, fatti i calcoli, ogni assunzione costa circa come una tazzina di caffè in città.

Me encanta este preentreno, lo notas nada mas tomarlo, el sabor es mi preferido, es refrescante con estas calores, se mezcla muy bien y luego añado agua fria y perfecto, para mi gusto un poco dulzón pero con un poco más agua genial.
