These legitimately taste so good I sometimes have to talk myself out of having an extra. I bought them for my kids, who did not like the texture (though I’m also picky, and it’s fine to me- to each their own). When the kids didn’t want them, I took them to get rid of them instead of my usual capsules. I really notice a difference in my sleep and I get more muscle cramps when I don’t take my magnesium, and these worked just as well for me. The price is also really good compared to other brands, they were a pleasant surprise all around.

My daughter's pediatrician recommended that she take a daily magnesium supplement. These have been working great! My daughter likes the taste (so she doesn't fight taking them!) and I like that there's not too much sugar added and they are not as expensive as some of the other options.

I have been looking for something to give my children for calming and relaxation. I have tried melatonin in the past and it does work but I've read that you shouldn't use it for extended periods of time. So, I got these and am very pleased! I give it to my children about 2 hours before bed and they have had a much easier time winding down and falling asleep. Even more surprising is that they have helped my youngest son to be more rested and relaxed for school the next day. I have seen a real improvement in his behavior at school!

We noticed a difference about week three. Less crazy and more focused attention. My 6 year old is taking these. Enough improvement that now it is apart of his morning routine.
