Waited a while before reviewing, for grandsons bed washes ok washed a lot, on 40 deg wash, dry only hanging over bath or washing line as drips due to being plastic coating, or plastic wet proofing would not be intact if used a heatsourse to dry - recommended

This mattress cover is very good quality and had no problem fitting it to a deep mattress either. They are smooth and you do not even know they are on the bed and they do not make a ruffling sound like some can do. Recommend both Seller and Product. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I couldn't get a High Living single size waterproof mattress protector (these are excellent and have proven great at repelling huge dog wee!), so opted for this product. First impressions are pretty good for the price point; yes, the side panel is quite thin, transparent material, but they are well-elasticated to fit protector to the mattress, which is its function. The top of the protector is thin Terry towelling with shiny, "waterproof" reverse coating. My daughter spilt a few drops of drink and it protected the mattress, but it has yet to have a proper "test", like a wee! On a positive note, it is comfy to lay on and doesn't make annoying, plastic wrinkly noise. It is a plastic coating after all, not a sheet of plastic in itself. Also, it has a deep fitting, and my daughter's 14cm deep mattress had significant spare material when fitted which was pulled tight under the mattress (see Photo 2). Will update with washability and longetivity in due course!

I got this waterproof sheet for my daughter 3 years ago. We tried a few that were either too noisy and plasticy or not fully waterproof. This is incredible value for money as it works so well and is fully washable. My second daughter is now in a single bed so came back and got another one for her. I would highly recommend

I was a bit hesitant buying this having read the reviews, and I'm afraid I agree with those who found it to be noisy and scratchy. It's a thin piece of plastic sheeting with (non-attached) even thinner towelling on top, and I think the two separate pieces contribute to the noise. It also means that the plastic rips easily when making the bed and my son (whose bed it is on) is not a fan. It's also not very absorptive, so I think I'm back in the market for a new one following several rips. For a low use guest bed or similar it would probably be fine, but for kids beds that see a lot of washing I'm not sure its really up to the challenge.

Soft and rustle free noise. Also these can be tumble dried. Way better than Silentnight.

For super king size, you need to really stretch it to fit. It is not a perfect size. But then I guess thats why it is cheap.

While it’s manageable, a more tailored fit would enhance comfort and appearance. In summary, if you have a standard 90x200 cm mattress, this protector is an excellent choice. For those with 80x200 cm mattresses, especially from IKEA, be prepared for a less-than-perfect fit.
