I got this to replace my caffeinated pre-workout. It has a great taste, still gives a bit of a pump for your workout, and it tastes great. I combine with creatine and will be buying more of this!

My go to brand for bcaas! If I feel like I’ll be sore the next day I’ll take these before bed and wake up fine. If I didn’t and I am sore I’ll take this through out the day and be back to 100 in no time. It really helps with recovery and this particular one has the fat burning stuff that helps during the cutting phase. Flavor is subjective but the reasons one would take bcaas and the benefits this offers are all there and worth it.

Some coworkers turned me to try this stuff out and the flavor is awesome but it just always stays granulated in the bottom it seems. I’ve never let it sit over night but I’ve sat there and shaken it for 5 minutes and it never seems to dissolve

Definitely my favorite BCAA brand that I’ve taken. I’ve noticed a rapid growth in my muscles since I’ve started taking this. The taste is great and I love that there’s no stimulants in it like many other BCAA’s that just make me feel jittery and sick while working out.For those who are saying there’s an unpleasant spicy taste, that’s from the capsimax cayenne, and so long as you give it a quick swirl before you drink it you’ll likely not have any issues tasting it.

I got Xtend Ripped because of the extra ingredient L-Citrulline. It has been proven in tests that L-Citrulline (as well as Pine Bark Extract) to increase performance of cyclists and runners, anyone who uses a lot of lower body performance for endurance oriented sports as it benefits the circulatory system by relaxing blood vessels and increasing oxygen delivery by converting arginine which produces nitric oxide. The BCAAs does the job and I believe I'm benefitting from the L-Citrulline as I sip on Xtend pre and in ride on long rides and training rides. This mix has the additional benefit of containing electrolytes so turns out to be a great overall mix.I started using Xtend BCAAs back when I was a gym rat back in 2009, I can say I benefits of BCAAs as it helps avoid soreness and facilitates quicker in workout recovery as well as post workout recovery taken along with a post workout protein shake.

I was not a fan of this version of BCAA powder. I normally use the electrolytes version, but I loved this flavor when they had it in the other version and now they no longer carry it so I saw this one and thought fat burner yes signed me up. And it’s in my favorite flavor. However, the reason I use the BCAA powder because I get leg cramps, especially after working out iso I figured these would work too. It doesn’t. I found I ended up getting more cramps than I normally do when I use my regular BCAA powder with electrolytes versus the fat burning and muscle building one. This one was not functional for me.

I take it before bed every day. Helps with the muscle pains n gains. I add a splash of soda n its like im drinking a fancy drink before bed!

I got the Xtend Ripped version since it says it aids with fat loss which is my number 1 goal right now. I really love it! The taste is great! It's like you're drinking lemonade. I do have to water it down quite a bit since it is really sweet & it does have an after-taste, but it's not too bad & doesn't linger. I sip it throughout the day at work & it keeps me energized the whole time. So I still have energy to workout after work.
