Koolpak Reusable Hot and Cold Pack 16 x 28cm

I bought two of these and both went into the freezer within seconds of unpackaging. I'm so glad to have these. Right now, I have one against my herniated cervical vertebrae with good effect. I like these because the gel stays very cold and yet will easily mold to the required body region. I predict I will get a lot of use from these exellent things. They're so cheap and that's another good thing. I truly and unreservedly recommend these. Go for it!

It has helped with my swollen ankle so much. It's very therapeutic. Loved the fact it can be use hot/warm as well beacuse it helps to sooths the pain

I got fed up of using frozen peas and saw this at the amazing price it is and thought why not give it a go. Works great! I will say it's best being left out of the freezer for a while to give it some flexibility to go over which area you need, otherwise it's rigid. But it does work great, perfect size and doesn't take up much space. Every household needs one of these
