Excellent product: seems very sturdy
Wasn't sure if these would be any good but they turned out to be excellent. They cut through the steel strips on my wine racks like the proverbial 'hot knife through butter'. Very please and would recommend highly. Only criticism is that the plastic handles slide off from time to time but are soon put back.

solid product, but can be hard work.
I have been cutting 2mm aluminium sheet. No problem cutting the first 50mm or so, but it is difficult if not impossible to go further into sheet and get a continuous straight cut. I suspect any cutters of this design will be the same. I would guess 1mm sheet would be much easier.

Cut through stuff i didn't expect them to and are still as sharp as new.

Cuts well but don’t try to cut thicker metal.
Sturdy and cuts straight lines well, blades damaged cutting a bent over 0.8 mm galvanised steel (ie 1.6mm) see photo. No longer cuts at that point on the blade.
