I do not fold mine but leave as is.

No it does not come assembled. It took my husband & I about 20-25 minutes to put together.

How do you adjust the seat to a 30 degree angle?

There is a knob on the under side of seat mount.. easy pull n reinsert

Is there enough Squat resistance to get a really good workout?

I think so personally. You can dial up the resistance
