this is a really great product as others have said I've been taking it for over 6 months and have noticed the most positive change in -the strength of my thin brittle fingernails. They've become more flexible despite still being thin. I can grow them longer without any additional structure like acrylic or coats of gel polish. I'm thrilled with this outcome. -my skin also looks amazing but I have also had recent laser treatment which has had a major impact on that outcome. I wish I had been taking before and after pictures. But I always struggled with nails that would split and chip at the end. After using this religiously for one year, my nails are long, strong and beautiful. The only thing I do is polish them I do not wear gel or any of the dipping powders. People think that I’m wearing acrylic nails. I’ve attached a photo of what they look like now but it’s maybe not so helpful because you didn’t see before, but they’re hard and strong and gorgeous. I also noticed that my hair is less fragile. It doesn’t make my hair grow faster. It just makes the hair more resilient to styling and combing.

Good collagen booster

I've been struggling with hair loss for years now, and read really good reviews for this. I've now been taking it for around 7 months, and I have experienced faster hair and nail growth, and stronger nails. However, it has not helped me at all with hair density/thickness. If anything, I've lost even more hair, though not due to this, just due to the nature of hair loss. For me, my hair and nails already grow fast, so it was not beneficial for me to have the effects of this. But I'm happy I gave it a try. It's affordable and didn't bother my stomach at all. I'll probably stop taking it when I run out of this last bottle.

This stuff is amazing it’s the only thing I have found to actually help my nails grow. Usually they barely grow and then if they do they just break off but after about a month of taking these my nails are so long I actually have to cut my nails down. Such a great problem to have 😊

My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
