A very solid IPad stand perfect for Point of sale and exhibition applications , it can be mounted on a counter top or wall mounted. The lock is secure and everything you need to assemble is provided (Allen keys). It would be even better if it had a rotating base so you can rotate it toward the customer, but i mounted mine on a turntable and it works fine. Its a very well made and durable piece of kit, the base is heavy and ensure the unit is stable when iPad is fitted. The home button can be set to be accessed or blanked off, a plug is supplied for this. Charging cable routes invisibly through the stand. All in top marks and fantastic value for money.

Turns through 90 degrees for easy switching between portrait or landscape use..comes with two base plates, one compact and round, the other oblong and heavy that can be used freestanding. Both can be screwed down for security..comes with screws too.I got this to use as a photo booth unit for my wedding and have securely attached to a stand with an 18” led ring light behind it.Looks great and works a treat..no worries about anyone trying to run off with my iPad either. This version is for full sized iPads and is not suitable for the iPad mini.

This stand was perfect for our shop counter where I made a light bulb display automation so our customers can use the ipad to turn on and off light bulbs prior to purchase.The stand is heavy and well built simply bolt the unit to our counter I did drill a hole I nthe counter so the charging wire went up the stem which looks so much neater.The ipad 2 sat in there perfectly and the 2 options of being able to disable the home button is good however I always use guided access (triple click home button) + passcode control so a customer can still use the home button but they have to triple tap + enter a passcode to exit the app.The reason I left this was for my staff to come out of the app without taking the ipad out the stand.

I bought this for a shop, has taken a while to get to the point of fitting the ipad and installing this into the counter. No idea what size iPad this is meant to fit, I couldn't get a 9.7" to fit. I removed pegs to get it to fit, but the cut out covers over the screen so it is not suitable.I tried to find a way to return but did not seem possible, so now i'm stuck with a bunch of metal I can't use. Hence the review!

Excellent product, really robust and heavy, I couldn’t believe the weight and quality of the metal used in a product which cost a relatively small amount of money.I’m using it for an information point at my front desk at it looks really professional.

This is a very sturdy and heavy duty ipad stand. If this is what you need, then it is a great item at a good price. Although the screen angle pivots forward and backwards, the base has to be fixed to the desk so without modifications, it does not swivel round, so if you need to spin it round in order to show a customer, this is not suitable.

Well-finished, robust with a range of options for mounting (i.e. depending on the counter material). Cables can be routed inside the unit and out through the base, preventing tampering. The unit must be unlocked to gain access to the iPad's power switch - but this is easily done and prevents tampering.
