These furniture sliders are an absolute godsend. I'm nearly 70 and now I can move my furniture like a teenager.

These did an amazing job helping us move two very heavy side boards and a heavy glass top dining table. Only to be used on carpet.

I have used these to move around a few furniture items e.g. sofas. They have been useful and allowed me to move the items solo. They only work if the items have 'feet' as the discs do not allow for a flat surface that could compress the white plastic edges. This does limit its use a little. I have only used it on carpet (short, medium and long pile) and it has been good on all. I haven't used it on tiles/hard floors so cannot comment on this. They did get a bit caught on the carpet door strips. If you can lift the corner of the furniture then these are helpful. I am unsure how long they will last as the orange foam dents immediately and doesn't regain its previous shape. I guess it doesn't matter as it provides grip more than cushioning but I would worry if it starts to deteriorate that the item may slip off the slider and damage the underlying floor. Overall I am happy I purchased them as it makes it a bit easier for me to clean without needing someone to help me move the sofa etc but not life changing.

These glides are excellent for moving furniture on a carpeted floor. Even very heavy items can be moved with ease and no lifting. They consist of convex dishes moulded from a slippery plastic, with a pad of 8mm foam “rubber” on the top surface. The foam distributes the weight over the plastic dish and is soft enough to allow the furniture to “dig” into foam and prevent them from slipping out when the item is moved. The pack contains two sizes; 4x 18cm and 4x 9cm glides. I found the large size to be most useful. To use, just tilt the item to be moved and slide a glide under each corner. Ensure that the weight of heavy item is is spread over as large an area of the pad as possible. Even very heavy items are easily moved. Pushing low down in the item makes moving even easier. The glides will not last forever because very heavy items with small areas of contact permanently compress the foam, and after much use will deteriorate. I manage to move several pieces of furniture, including a very heavy and difficult wall unit, with remarkable ease and no hassle! No sack trucks or lifting straps are required or necessary. They work exceedingly well on carpet but I have not tried them on other surfaces.

I purchased these as I was having a bedroom decorated and wanted it to be easy for the decorater to move the bed etc on his own. The smaller ones in the set are of little use. I have a very heavy Victorian cast iron bed ,when we used the smaller set which fitted the legs of the bed we found that they slipped off when moving the bed. the larger of the set worked perfectabley well and it meant the bed could be moved with no effort . The reason for my three stars review is the smaller set being to small ,and the quality of the sliders. Basically they are plastic saucers with a bit of sponge stuck on the top. You could get the same results fron using the top of any circular plastic food container which can be purchased from Amazon for a lot cheaper than these. To sum up not really worth the money the lager ones do work but you can achieve the same results with four plastic tops from food containers which are considerably cheaper.

Used these for our fridge, washing machine and dryer. So much easier to pull the appliances out now. Excellent product.

I was really not aware that the large sliders were so big!!! have placed smaller ones under coffee table and they are wonderful and will try to raise the tv stand on to the large size but I think they will stand out because of the coloured pad!! Really good product but size was a surprise.

Möbelrollen funktionieren in unserem alten Fachwerkhaus nicht, wenn größere Möbel in einen anderen Raum gebracht werden müssen, da unsere Türrahmen zu niedrig sind. Zufällig bin ich auf diese Möbelgleiter gestoßen und bin froh, dass ich den Versuch gewagt habe. Je schwerer das Möbelstück, desto leichter lässt es sich bewegen. In diesem Fall habe ich diverse Schränke und ein Sofa sowohl über Holz als auch Teppich verschoben. Die kleinen Gleiter fand ich weniger hilfreich, weil man diese unterwegs schnell "verliert". Die großen Möbelgleiter sind dagegen super. Das Unterlegen und auch das Verschieben waren einfach. Beschädigungen auf dem Untergrund konnte ich nicht feststellen. Dieses Produkt hat mir viel Zeit gespart und ich brauchte außerdem keine weiteren Helfer. Ich kann die Discs absolut weiterempfehlen.

Giunte in tempo brevissimo e ben imballate. La confezione contiene 8 scivolatori, quattro di 8 cm e altri quattro di misura doppia. La parte che aderisce al pavimento è di plastica liscia e rigida, mentre la gomma su cui va riposto il piede o la base del mobile e di gomma dura e non adesiva. Per adesso ho utilizzato solo quelle di misura più piccola e li ho poste sotto i piedi di un divano letto matrimoniale di oltre due metri di larghezza. Prima di utilizzare gli scivolatori, per le pulizie, erano necessarie due persone per spostare questo divano pesantissimo, con il rischio di graffiare anche il pavimento. Con il loro posizionamento invece, una sola persona, con una sola mano, lo riesce a spostare. Prodotto quindi valido e consigliatissimo. Sarebbe interessante poter avere a disposizione anche delle misure inferiori agli 8 cm, per utilizzarli su mobili di dimensioni più piccole.
