I've ordered from Sevenhills other wholefood products before and I'm never disappointed - this is no exception. I was a bit scared that I would dislike hemp seeds as some people have commented they have a very strong taste. However, I love them! So far I've added them to porridge, smoothie bowls and soup - no unpleasant taste detected. In fact, the other day I made myself some full fat yoghurt with flaxseed and hemp seeds in it, a perfect healthy snack. As this is a large pack, I think it offers good value for money and next time I'll size up now that I know I am a fan of hemp seeds

Having read all the feed back on Hemp and the fact that I have been trying to eat more healthy I thought I would give these a try and from my favourite wholefood Sevenhills I knew I would receive a quality product. Well this is my second purchase I love these and add approx 10g to my morning fridge porridge pot with the same of chia seeds and I do feel full longer. Like chia or flax seeds I do weigh what I consume as healthy or not they contain calories and I count them into my daily allowance but for health benefits and my weight loss it's well worth it. Colestrol gone from 5.9 to 4 so can't be bad. I make my own Almond and now Hemp milk and added to some berries and hemp seeds I have a lovely creamy snack shake.

I don’t normally write reviews, and when I do, is because I have used the product for a long time. I use this product because (1) first and foremost, the product is from Europe not China (2) the quality is excellent. I have tried some in the past from other companies and regretted every moment of it. (3) I trust the company. I have been buying it for the last 2 years and still no regret. I will only stop buying it, if the company starts to source it from China.

How can something that tastes so good be extremely healthy too? Having trawled the internet for an alternative to taking chemical laden meds for my depression and anxiety (anxiety was still sky high) I came across a review on the affects of Chia seeds and Hemp seeds. So I decided I have nothing to lose and purchased both Chia and Hemp seeds. Unfortunately the latter I previously purchased were of the whole shell variety, and being new to this product I used them with the shell intact which turned out to be a rather crunchy affair to say the least! I then realized there was a shelled version of Hemp seeds...Few! So my thoughts on this product. These particular Hemp seeds were free from any shell that may have contaminated the pack. I had seen a couple of reviews mentioning their pack had shell contamination, this must have been a bad batch as my pack s totally free from any hard crunchy teeth dislodging material! I have to say, I love this product, the taste is almost like eating a pack of raw peanuts but better and softer. As for my depression that has been a long term affliction. Well I cannot believe I've finally found something that actually works naturally. Not only is my depression in somewhat of a remission my anxiety is also pretty much eliminated. I will definitely be using both Flac seed and Chia seeds from now on.

Very nice subtle nutty flavour. It's a shame they left the hulls in. They should state it on package. It is hulled, but some shells left in. It is not the most pleasant to suddenly bite on them while chewing on a butifully soft textured seeds. I guess grinding would help the case. I think the shells provide enough fibre. Otherwise I would still recommend the product. I've been using many other products from this company and they good quality.

Lovely hemp seed, have bought this a few times, will continue to buy and recommend. Great family size bag or if using for yourself lasts a while and has a great air tight seal on the bag. Well worth the money, good quality!

Like it on porridge, salads, in my smoothies, on soup - everywhere! I also used it to make nut-free pesto so the kids can have it on their pasta in the school lunch. Very versatile and lasts a good while.

Excellente graines de chanvre, je fabrique mon lait végétal avec ou je les mange telles quelles. Le paquet les protège bien de la lumière ou de l humidité. Elles viennent d Europe ce qui explique peut être le prix un peu élevé. J ai aussi acheté une farine de coco de la même marque qui est excellente et du cacao cru de même qualité. Je rachèterai sans.doute le produit. Bon goût, graines fraîches et pas d amertume.

Un peu surpris au début par la saveur différente de la marque que je consommais précédemment, mais maintenant je m'y suis fait! Sachet de 500g très facile à refermer, tout comme les autres produits Sevenhills Nutrition que j'ai commandé. Donc fraicheur conservée!
