The toy itself is well-built, engaging, and my kid absolutely loved it. However, I was quite disappointed to find that it didn’t come with the required AA batteries. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes a big difference — especially when you’ve ordered the toy online and don’t have spare batteries at home. For something that costs just ₹10–₹12, the company could easily include a pair and adjust the price by ₹20–₹30. It would save a lot of last-minute hassle for parents and improve the overall customer experience. That said, if shipping restrictions are the reason for excluding batteries, it’s understandable — but a mention of that on the product page would really help set expectations. Hope the brand considers this in future batches.
